I don't think an entire season in any individual year is worth seeing.

I think it all depends on what each individual is interested in seeing. For some it Will be a good season and for some, not.

what makes something worth seeing? does something have to be good to be worth seeing? Some of my most cherished memories are of shows that were definitely not good. 

your premise, by the way, is ridiculous to me. 2018 was not the greatest year but there was plenty of good stuff, and I wouldn't have missed it for anything.

If they revive HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, then the 2019 season will be worthwhile.

Is it an all or nothing kind of deal? I'm looking forward to some stuff, and avoiding other stuff. Which list things end up on varies as I find out more.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

It’s like 2018/2019 season and the answer is YES. Buy a ticket to every show and don’t forget Off- Broadway.

If you’re only looking at musicals, it’s pretty weak. But the plays, like 2018, are incredibly exciting.
