digital tickets |
I would keep checking the app and, if you get it to load before tomorrow, take screenshots of your tickets. I've used screenshots to get into shows before.

Someone probably knows the answer for this particular theater, but if you don't hear, I would definitely print them. I've never been given a "mobile" option for tix.
If you chose mobile delivery when you bought the tickets, then you're supposed to use the app, or go to the Ticketmaster website on your phone's browser and access the tickets that way. Are you able to pull up the barcodes? If not, call Ticketmaster customer service and tell them. They should be able to switch the tickets to Will Call.
In most cases, if you choose mobile delivery, your tickets are not available to print. It's usually one or the other, and I don't believe Frozen even offers a print-at-home option anyway.
If all else fails try to go to the Frozen box office. I'd think they'd print you the traditional tickets if you provide them with ID, credit card, and the ticket confirmation number.
Back in June I gave Harry Potter tix to my parents as a mobile ticket but they preferred the traditional tickets so I went to the box office before the show started and they gladly printed me the tickets (and gave the warning that I had to use these paper tix since the mobile tix won't will not be valid anymore.)
Good luck!
I think on ticketmaster website you can actually change the ticket deliver method from mobile to will call so that they could be picked up at the box office
I use mobile all the time now and have used it for Frozen. I make sure I take a screenshot of my ticket though since my phone goes wonky in some theatres. Also make sure your phone is charged. I found the Ticketmaster app to be easier to access them over the website.
