Excited about this. Alex Timbers is one of the most inventive and imaginative directors.   Does anyone know when tickets go on sale?

For starters, how can you feel "eh" if you've never even seen the source film, which is now a considered a Tim Burton classic, hence why it merited being adapted as a Broadway musical?

I'd watch the movie first. If you still feel "eh" or "meh" towards it, then at least you now have a more solid reason for it rather than prejudging it based on the art, preconceived notions on what you THINK it's about, and the fact it took the Winter Garden when you really wanted it for Moulin Rouge.
