Thanks Lucky Seat! - Question: (and maybe this has been answered before on here, if so I'm sorry) -

In a case like this where we can't tell whether our entry has gone through or not, if we enter/submit again later, will out entries be null and void if we've entered twice without knowing it? More generally (as it applies to other shows like Springsteen and Frozen as well), when on your website it says "Duplicate entries... will be discarded", does that mean JUST the duplicates are discarded (i.e. you'll still be entered but only once), or does it mean you've biown it and the system nullifies and discards all entries from names/email addresses who've inadvertently submitted for the same lotto more than once?

Due to wifi glitches, sometimes spotty phone service, and the occasional website issues like this one, this isn't the first time I haven't been sure my entry has gone through.
Thanks for having this lotto and for keeping us informed!

Hey Kimbo - thanks for your question. This is certainly something we have encountered before. Our system will only discard the duplicate entries as long as they are under a certain threshold.

That being said, if there are more than 15 entries under the same e-mail address, it can result in the entrant being removed from the lottery.

This is great to here. Since the site allows you to enter for multiple shows in advance sometimes I just plain forget if I've entered for a specific date or not. I'm happy to know that if I accidentally entry twice or thrice I can still have my original entry counted.
