Is Product Placement Bad? Value

So I am a huge fan of the new Queer Eye. I love it. Everything about it. I was sharing it with a friend and he mentioned how annoying it was that they include all sorts of obvious product placement and I put some thought into it thinking that maybe product placement isn't all that bad but can allow companies to really show their values through their selection of partnerships, like choosing to work through shows like Queer Eye. 

I took this thought to the next logical steps, my MBA blog. Take a look and I would love to hear your thoughts on product placement, queer eye or just Jonathan Van Ness Gifs!
