Gillian Anderson & Lily James to star in Van Hove's ALL ABOUT EVE.

Golden Globe-winning actor Gillian Anderson (The Fall, The X-Files) has signed on to star as Margo Channing in the Ivo van Hove-helmed stage adaptation of All About Eve in London. Performances will reportedly begin in February 2019 at the Noel Coward Theatre in London.

With all that talk about who should play Margo Channing, I never even considered Gillian Anderson and I think it's a fantastic choice.

I admit to having a gay guy crush on Miss Cate Blanchett.  So, I was more than disappointed when she withdrew from this project.  There went probably my only opportunity to see her perform on stage.  But, now I am looking forward to a London trip to see Gillian Anderson and Lily James, two very talented actors.

Company is scheduled to close in December and this is starting in February, so it doesn't look like it.

Bought my tickets to this for April! I’m so excited. It’ll be my first trip to London in 10 years. I’m sure it will transfer to New York, but I don’t want to chance missing it.

After a frustrating slow start on Delfont McIntosh website I got a stalls 4th row seat for 70 pounds about 90 dollars. Amazing.

West End newbie here. I'm a New Yorker but will be in London in February. How likely do you think it is that cheap tickets will be available for this on the day of the show; does every show offer day seats?

You can expect £20-30 day seats and yes, the show will most likely have those kind of tickets.
