Broadway Barks/Harry Potter

So Broadway Barks is July 14 one day before I see the show. It says in a article that four of the 7 originals from London are going to show up to Broadway Barks. Does that mean they will be in the show the show the next day do you think? Anthony Boyle wasn’t on the list, does that mean he will not be in the show Sunday July 15?

Yes, Anthony Boyle is planning on being sick that weekend so he will not be in.  I would be more concerned because 2 of the cast that will be there have a severe allergy to cats.  Their plan is to only be near dogs.  But I would assume if a cat brushes up against one of them they may have an allergy attack and be out of the show the next day.  

Seriously though, just relax there is no way of knowing if someone will be out due to an illness or family emergency or mental health day.

How can someone plan to be sick? Your either sick or your not. Is he out of town? Do you work at the theatre? Of course the one person I wanted to see...

Lauren, others might know more about particular Potter schedules than I do, but, just to remind/let you know, Broadway Barks is a one-day pet adoption event that takes place IN the theatre district. Most of the participants literally just stand on a stage holding a pet and may say a few words about it. Most actors currently in a show make their appearances between the matinee and evening performances of their Broadway shows. In other words, Broadway Barks shouldn’t be a reason for an actor to be out of a show on the day of the event, much less the day after!

His post was sarcastic. Broadway Barks is held between shows with actors from other shows coming on stage between 5-6:30. Not everyone does Broadway barks from the casts, so Anthony not being at Bway Barks does not mean he won’t be in the show that day, just as much as it doesn’t mean the actors at broadway barks won’t be. I’m not up to date on scheduled vacations for HP, but I’m sure someone here might be!

I was confused about the second comment because I really want to see Sam and Anthony. And they say he might be out and that a few of them are allergic but I just don’t know if they were messing with me or not.

Also, Lauren, lighten up and enjoy your trip. Don't believe everything you read on the internet & use your best judgement. None of us know who will be at what shows or not if an actor hasn't made an announcement about their absence.
