I was wondering if anyone thought an audiobook of the play might ever be recorded with the Broadway cast? All the Harry Potter novels have been recorded and I think this would be a great way to record this adaptation. Could this be a possibility or would they refrain from doing this because they want people to only be able to access it by buying a ticket? I personally don't think it would have much of an affect on ticket sales as so much of this productions draw is visual.
This would be interesting, but personally, I would just love Jim Dale to do everything again if this were to happen since he's so brilliant in the original audiobooks. I can only imagine how he'd attempt to pull off his Scorpius! As for it affecting ticket sales or the legal logistics...I have no idea.
