Tomorrow (6/23/18) @ 1pm my 2nd Broadway based program FREE to Patrons will have its word premiere at the Rockville Centre Public Library on Long Island!

Check out Stoll The Show for future dates. I hope to see you there!

"AT THE BARRICADES ~ THEATRE FANS AND THE STAGE DOOR EXPERIENCE!"

Theatre enthusiast Brian Stoll is excited to return to the Rockville Centre Public Library to speak about the significant role that theatre fans have played within the theatre community over the centuries. He will share why many die-hard theatre fans become repeat show attendees and may see a production more than 100 times! Lastly, he will divulge the secret to taking selfies with and gathering autographs from today's brightest Broadway stars after seeing them perform in New York City's hottest Broadway Productions.

I hope you'll consider branching out to the NYC suburbs one day, Brian...you market yourself very well...not to mention your program's title is ingenious.

I've really got to buckle down and expand my own solo show as I've been planning to do. It's gone through a title change and has an outline ready for the parts I want to add. The problem is that it is essentially a gigantic memoir, so I need to be in a certain frame of mind to write for it.

Thank you very much for the kind words.  My goal is to branch out into the NYC suburbs, but I've found it extremely challenging to find locals to present.  If you have any suggestions or connections PLEASE let me know!

I have presented my original program (as described below) at over 35 Libraries across Long Island to over 600 patrons. My goal is to present it to a younger age group who could really use a lot of my money saving tips in order to see more shows.  Right now, libraries seem to draw a much older crowd who greatly enjoy the talk as well!

"BROADWAY ~ FROM BACK ROW TO BACKSTAGE!"

During this interactive presentation, theatre enthusiast Brian will discuss all things Broadway beginning with the history and importance of the Broadway Playbill. He will share his extensive collection of autographed Playbills and other theatre memorabilia. Lastly, Brian will share with you several money-saving tips on how to see Broadway shows for under $50.

If you can explain why anyone sits through POTO more than 100 times, I think you should give up the library circuit and publish in the NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE.

Define "locals to present," Brian...I happen to be a native Staten Islander and would love to help you. This borough has a voracious arts scene that I am not actually part of- long story- but I'm sure they'd love to have you in one of our libraries or smaller performance venues.

And who knows, perhaps presenting with an out-of-towner would be a good way to show my "colleagues" that I don't care what they think of me.
