Fox Theater Atlanta Seating

Can anyone give their opinions on seating at the Fox Theater in Atlanta?  I used to live in Atlanta (twice) but haven't been to the Fox  in years.  I am looking at attending a concert.  What is the 1st Dress Circle like?  I can get a seat in the third row.  Or a seat in the back orchestra all the way to the wall.  Or pay double and sit in the loge.  I remember seeing Annie Lenox there, ages ago, and sat towards the middle orchestra and it seemed at the time, really far from the stage.  Or it could just be a foggy memory.  Any suggestions would help.  Thanks in advance.

Third row of first dress circle should be good. All of the other options sound bad. I would say sit in loge over first dress circle, but third row won't be bad.

Thank you carnzee, for your response.  I ended up buying the the third row of dress circle 1.  The only loge seats left were the last row and didn't seem worth it to pay twice as much.  There was a seat in the second row of the dress circle 1, but there was a large square next to it on the map and the phone representative couldn't explain it to me, what it actually was.  So I didn't want to take a chance.  BTW, I bought off of the Fox's website.  Their fees are ridiculous.  The concert ticket was $75, but I paid an extra $23 in fees.
