Upcoming Tour Casting Gossip

Since I made an upcoming out of town tryout thread(I will be updating it tomorrow -Been busy with school ) I thought there should be a thread for casting rumors on upcoming tours into one thread .I believe the upcoming tours are Hello Dolly,Charlie & The Chocolate Factory,Anastasia,Cats,and Miss Saigon

I know the tour of Come From Away has been cast which I heard from a pretty well known broadway actress who is joining the Tour. No idea when they’ll officially announce the cast though.

Christy Altomare confirmed on her lnstagram livestream that the tour Anya has already been cast. There were also rumors about the Dmitry on a separate Anastasia tour board.

Oh god, I wish!! The actress didn’t mention what role she would be playing so that could be a possibility!

Storm Lineberger and Anthony Sangaria (sp?) were the rumored Dmitrys in that other thread. Storm said he has a "big announcement" on July 15th and follows people from the Broadway production on Instagram.Zach Adkins said that Dmitry is a "friend" of his and he and Anthony both follow each other.

I wonder who is the CFA actress..Carmen Cusack? Jackie Burns(Since she's leaving Wicked before AJC?) ?

I wouldn’t say she’s that well known. She hasn’t been on broadway in some years, but played the lead in an off-broadway musical 3 years ago.

Cusack is starring in VICTOR/VICTORIA in LA Sept. 5-16 and since the CFA tour starts in Seattle Oct. 9, that might rule her out.

Maybe it could be Alison Fraser. She was off-Broadway in 2015 and was last on Broadway in 2008.
