Tina Fey - totally surprised

Ethan Slater - genuinely thought it was either going to Slater or Joshua Henry, Tony Shaloub was so unexpected!

And genuinely so happy for Once on this Island's Best Revival Tony! I thought My Fair Lady was a shoe in

I reslly wanted direction and Best Play to go to THE CHILDREN.

Read that NYTs piece where voters were saying the other musicals were too commercial. Well harry Potter isn't commercial?!

Really enjoyed CURSED CHILD but liked THE CHILDREN better. jmo
