I am a little late to the party as I just found out from a friend about Killing Eve on BBC. I binged all of season one in a week. It’s that good.  Villanelle is a sexy female assassin who is clever, funny and frightening all at the same time.  Sandra Oh is hot on her trail.  All performances are great.  Especially thrilled to see Fiona Shaw as a spy.  Highly recommended. It was free on-demand on Spectrum cable.

Late to the party myself. After hearing so many raves, I finally watched the first episode last night.  Wow.  I gathered it was something of a "caper" but didn't realize it would be so funny, much less was I expecting a sophisticated comedy..

I thought is was great fun. The lead actresses were both very appealing.

I was surprised at how great it was. And how much I loved it! Really excited for season 2

The show has not come up in Emmy prediction articles. Am I missing something?

Hollywood reporter critics are actually rooting for it at least in the saturated lead actress field.

Emmys can be really hit/miss when it comes to critics' darlings. Let's hope this is a case where a show hits with the Emmy voters.
