There have many Productions of Titanic around the world but I would like to see it back on broadway. Any thoughts on when?or what version you’d like to see?

Hopefully, we'll get a revival when a producer wants to give the show the attention and scale it deserves rather than a revival with a tiny unit set, 12 cast members and a 6 piece band.

They're doing a production in GA with an actual boat. It will be amazing.

There were rumors a while back that the Signature Theatre version would transfer, it ran in Seoul a few months ago.

Is this the same company that did Miss Saigon with an actual helicopter?

Would a revival work? The score is so terrific but I think the book is kind of weak, and the whole show is long and dull.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

Is the Korean production in a proscenium space? Otherwise, the only place that production could work is Circle in the Square.

I can’t really see this Broadway production taking off, even if they have some bigger “Broadway names” involved. But it was beautiful in DC.

I saw the Southwark Playhouse production of Titanic when it played Toronto. I believe for a while this was the production to transfer before the Signature Theatre's.

Only knowing the opening number, I did liked the production. There was a sense of urgency, and like Peter Stone's other great historical piece (1776), you felt like maybe this time they won't sink. It was a great production, but I felt disconnected the moment the ship has sunk, and the cast is now in front of a curtain, and then turn around and deliver the "Where are they now" speech about the character. You saw the actor, not the person. I hated that. Too "after school special" for me. I think that Roundabout could take this show on as a limited run for bit.
