Won lottery TodayTix error caused expiration |

I had this happen with Cursed Child when I won several weeks ago. Error message after error message. I called and the woman told me they were having issues with the drawing online. She put me on hold came back and said my time had expired and there was nothing they could do.
I've always had issues with TodayTix; they grew too fast and became too confident and don't care about their users at all.
I recently had a delightful interaction with the people who do the Frozen lottery where they took responsibility for a mistake on their end and accommodated me to another performance. I think they do Mean girls and Hamilton too.
I have never had anything but troubles with TodayTix. It always urks me when a show announces a Lotto that will be carried out by the app. I don't bother trying at that point. The app is never anything but error message after error message and crashes constantly.

Maybe they'll help?
I've never had that happen - for the most part my experiences with TodayTix have been wonderful. The only bad ones have been essentially out of their control. For example, it's happened several times that I've lost the Sweeney Todd lottery, only to get a call a few hours later saying not all the winner claimed tickets. Unfortunately, since I live far from the city I've never gotten the call in time to get there!

I think what bothered me the most was they told me upfront on the phone that they were having issues with their system but still didn't do anything.

Yes, this happened to me a few weeks ago. Terrible customer service.
I've used TodayTix to buy tickets to 14 shows already this year and 12 last year. They offer me the opportunity to buy tickets at rush/lottery prices to shows from Roundabout, MTC, The Public and others in NY, LA and San Francisco that I would not have qualified for because I am over the 30/35 year old age threshold usually in place for rush by many of those organizations. I'm spending $30 or $35 on tickets I would have had to pay $85-100 for using coupon codes or TKTS until they came along. I recognize others may have had problems with their customer service but I haven't. And yeah, once or twice I've seen a technical glitch but when I've already saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars thanks to them, I forgive a lot. I think the hate here is quite a bit overdone.
Thank you.

Thank you."
I have no problem with someone talking about a negative experience they've had but in the midst of all these general "I hate them, they're terrible, I've never had a good experience, they should be reported to the BBB comments" I'm really sorry if relaying my own positive experience with them is not allowed. I'm not telling anyone else they have to forgive them, just saying that I do when I look at the big picture. But, my sincere apologies. What a dumb comment.
