DOES RICHARD ROGERS SCAN PHONES |
When purchasing the tickets you needed to select Print-At-Home or Mobile, if you selected Mobile they will scan your phone, but you can call TM and ask them to change the delivery method of your tickets to Mobile or Will Call
yesraccoons said: "I’m not sure but you should really call telecharge costumer service"
Telecharge is for Shubert Theatres, Vivian Beaumont, Circle In The Square, and some off-broadway venues. Ticketmaster is for Nederlander houses.
TM is a LONG wait time to get through though

If you select Go Mobile or call TM and tell them to change the delivery to mobile, they will scan it.

They did when I saw the show in previews..I did Mobile entry with Ticketmaster.
And my job requires securing MANY sets of tickets, and I have bought over 50 sets of tickets to Hamilton in New York, and when my clients want Mobile entry, there is never an issue. So mobile is fine.
Common sense is so lacking these days. Geez.

Since they have the scanners that accept mobile ticketing at the Hudson I would assume that ATG is using that same system at the Lyric as well.

Yes, the Lyric scans off the mobile.
I hate it when certain members of this board *cough BConcierge cough* think that they know everything.

The OP asked a question, and Concierge (among others) answered. What's the beef?
BConcierge answered incorrectly and had a condescending tone that I, among others, do not appreciate and told me I was wrong even though I know for a FACT that they take mobile entry.
