Making my annual Broadway trip next week for the express purpose of seeing Angels in America and The Band's Visit.  Looking to fill one extra slot.  I'm curious if anyone has a recommendation for any up and coming Off-Broadway shows that would be worth seeing.

Sweeney Todd is pretty wonderful

The Puffs is a silly evening -- IF you are a Harry Potter fan.  Lots of fun.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

If you haven't seen Sweeney Todd yet, highly recommend it.

Didn't want to make a new topic, but are Goldstein or Unexpected Joy worth seeing or skippable? Neither look interesting to me. Both have the usual over enthusiastic praise on show score with a few more down to earth average reviews.

I did like Letter to Harvey Milk and suggest checking that out. Are they equal to or worse than that?
