TodayTix credit question#1
Posted: 5/10/18 at 7:21pm
So in April, I had a show that I could no longer go to, so TodayTix was able to sell it to someone else and give me back my money in the form of credit to my account. However, now I just checked my account and the money is gone. They never told me I only had a certain amount of time to spend the money. I’m just wondering if they do have a time frame, or if it should be in my account still. I’m debating emailing TodayTix asking where it is

Why debate emailing them? They would know any restrictions on it, specific dates, can take a look at your account, etc. Anyone can give you a general idea if they know, but they would be the source to solve any problem, anyway. Contact them. :)

My guess would be that it probably disappeared when they got rid of everyone’s referral credits. I would contact them and inquire.

I agree you should email them. Be sure to clarify that it was a refund credit and not a referral credit, otherwise they probably won't help you. They got rid of everyone's referral credit (which I found to be a really crappy move). So when they wiped everyone's credit, the system probably couldn't tell the difference between referral credit and refund credit. But if you explain the situation to a customer service representative, it would be really unfair of them not to fix the situation.
