I’m coming to Ny in 2 wks. Have tix for MFL and Carousel (I know-not best reviews). Have some time to see 2-3 more. Was thinking about Once on This island, Mean Girls?, and a play- possibly three Tall women.
Any better suggestions for plays?

Saw Hello Dolly w Bette last yr. Bernadette is one of my favorites so possibly see again w her.

Three Tall Women is excellent. Boys in the Band is also getting really good buzz. And, BP is great in Dolly!

Don't miss Once on This Island! It was never a favorite show of mine, but this production has made a convert of me.  The staging at Circle in the Square is a beautiful and unique experience, unlikely to be recreated should it eventually tour.  The entire cast is terrific, and it's a real treat to see them in such an intimate setting.

I second the recommendation for Once on this Island, and I've heard good things about Three Tall Women. 

Other shows that are getting great reviews include Angels in America, The Boys in the Band, and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

-I might just have to see Bernadette!

-I'm not a huge play fan, but did enjoy Laurie Metcalf in a Doll's House. And there's a discount code...

-I love Circle in the Square. I saw Fun Home there.

  I can't remember where best seats are. Sides or ends??

  Not familiar w OOTI, but also has a discount code. I may grab tix for both!

Once On This Island for sure. 

For plays, Three Tall Women is a great choice... especially since you likely won't have time for Angels in America or Harry Potter.

Have you seen Band's Visit yet? Several people are mixed on it, but it's definitely worth seeing if it interests you at all, especially with this cast. (Personally I loved it.) Then again, it's pretty opposite from Mean Girls in terms of style, so if that's the one that's of interest to you, I'd go with it.

A friend saw a Bands Visit and wasn't fond of it. We have similar tastes.

Just saw that OOTI has TDF tix...may hold on and see if up before I leave.

Think I'm gonna snag TTW tic since it's become popular.

Boys in the Band is getting raves so far, too.
