I snagged a pair of tickets a few hours ago, just checked and the promo is still active. While the "premium" view isn't included, the "Immersive Full View" is. $50 does not include pie, but for a total of $72.50 you can get it included.

This production has been a great success (more than I think any of us would have imagined) and IMO is a great theatre experience, though it pretty much has killed any chance of Broadway revival for the next 5-10 years I imagine. Is there a closing notice? I wonder if it'll be the longest running production of Sweeney Todd in New York, ever. If not #1, it'll certainly be (and already is) #2.

"It’s the fractured quality in [Bernadette Peters'] singing voice and line readings that puts across the character as someone for whom resentment is sliding into madness." - NYtimes on Follies (2011).

The original ran for 557 performances plus 19 previews, so assuming they don't post a closing notice soon, I'd say this production is going to win the prize for longest-running Sweeney Todd.

Dammit. I thought we were going to have the day free next month when we came down for Bruce, but now it got filled with amazing seats for this matinee.  We saw the show last year from upstairs and were thinking of seeing it again from downstairs if a discount popped, but didn't think it would happen so soon and at such an amazing price!  Thanks for posting this info!

Can someone tell me why on one end (Pie Shop) the counter seats are Premium and the other end they're regular price? Is it because the band is on that side? Or another reason that makes it less desirable to sit? Thanks!

I sat there and IMO it's because the band was there and could be a bit hard to hear the words at times. But I'd sit there again for the lower price.

It's been a while, but I believe that last row on house right may have a partial view of the staircase.  This image from the show's website gives a good perspective.SWEENEY TODD May Discount

Thanks for the discount code!

Just a question, what is the difference between immersive twisting view vs immersive full view? Just wondering why one is more expensive than the other.

Has the discount expired? I couldn't see anywhere to add the code.

It should be on the top right corner when you are selecting your seats. It wasn’t available for any weekend shows when I looked, except Sunday night.

Nope, I just used it. it's on the top right of the screen. Click on the text that says "Have a promotion code?"
