CURSED CHILD: A Question#1

Well, actually more like two...

Is the stage high for this production? I have a seat in Row B, on the aisle, in the orchestra, and want to make sure it was a smart buy ... compared to a seat in the dress circle. Any insight appreciated!

I sat in row A, center aisle, on Saturday and didn't feel like I missed a thing. You'll be fine. On two occasions, there is stuff you would get a better sense of from further back, but to be that close to the actors, definitely worth the trade-off...

I was in Row D in the orchestra and the view was FABULOUS. My only qualm was that I saw one or two "magic" wires that I'm sure I wouldn't have seen if I sat just a few rows back... but aside from those small moments, it was worth it being so close to such incredible performances. I'd say stick with your seat CURSED CHILD: A Question

There is a whole voluminous thread where people discuss all of this: https://www.broadwayworld.com/board/readmessage.php?page=51&thread=1104983&dt=1275

Also, the center aisle seat in orchestra row B is unique because there's no seat directly in front of it. The center aisle seat in row A is indented, as you can see in this pic, row B being the 3rd row. It looks like an excellent choice.

I think Row B has more of a half seat in front of it, not the full width.

When  I saw the show I sat in row D which was perfect.  But, I noticed the people sitting in row A were awfully close to the stage (since there is no orchestra pit) and the stage looked awkwardly high; in fact, the person next to me commented that they would not want to sit in row A due to the height of the stage. I would think a sore neck would accompany anyone sitting in row A.

The first Row is AA, not A, and I think they are given out for $40, so for that price, a bit of a sore neck is OK. I don't think anyone really had an issue, though, the stage isn't that high.

I sat in AA this weekend. They rake the stage heavily the most downstage 5 feet. This greatly improves sight-lines for those in the front rows. I was shocked how great the view was from AA.
