Hello, someone please help me figure this out because I'm going crazy. The official Hamilton app just informed me that I won the lottery for the FOX performance in St. Louis. I purchased the tickets. I had to click on the 'Details' folder to tell me how to pick up these tickets, and it said I would need my receipt. The problem is, I never received a receipt. I also never received an email or text saying I won, therefore I cannot get my receipt.I have checked my spam and trash folder. I know that I did not get scammed, because I purchased the tickets through the official Hamilton app. I have emailed multiple accounts that are mentioned in the app's F&Q section multiple times, but I have received no response. Does anyone know what I can do?

EDIT: I just got an email with my receipt haha. I guess it was just a little late. Sorry for all the trouble, thanks again! I would delete this but I'm not sure how to lmao.

Do you need the receipt to pick them up? If you paid they should be under your name.

I would suggest calling the box office and explain your situation.  There must be some record of your tickets since you paid for them.
