Is there anyone making allegations who is actually under the age of seventeen? Last time I looked, seventeen is of age and legal in NY, IF these people were all in NY. Also, while his texts are clearly off-putting, unless he acted on the texts, other than make this public, I don't think he's broken any actual laws?

I always got a weird vibe from him because he would follow everyone on twitter who would tweet about theatre, and most of the people who were "fans" and interacted with him seemed to be in high school. Pretty skeevy in hindsight.

Hopefully with law enforcement being notified proper action will take place.

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think anyone is accusing him of breaking any laws?
There is a difference between legal and moral. Something can be illegal but moral (see: Jean Valjean) and in this case, what people are saying is it may have been *technically* legal but it's creepy as hell.

I’ve been in some of the same circle of friends of Tyce and without going into what has been said to me by Tyce or others, he’s always been a creep. One look at his social media will show you that, he doesn’t hide it well.

He’s also incredibly full of himself and thinks his s*it doesn’t stink.

Is it inappropriate to say that I am 100% completely unsurpised by this? So so so glad he's never been employed on Broadway - especially after hearing this come to light. I know he's been desperately trying to get someone to cast him in any mounting of any Broadway musical for decades.
