Idk, it’s a single ticket with no information, maybe paid in cash. The box office could know who’s the owner?

Based on word-of-mouth, that isn’t a lost ticket but one deliberately tossed away.

It's best to bring it to the box office. Regardless, the box office staff will often reprint a ticket for you, should you lose it or forget it but have a receipt/ are "in the system."
