First preview is tonight and I am really looking forward to checking out this original musical over the weekend. Early reviews are appreciated as always!

Indie-music duo The Bengsons spin a memory-tale of teenaged passion, ideals lived to the limitsfamily shattered and faith lost — all in hope of finding a way home again. Through soulful electro-folk songs, this driving, semi-autobiographical story grabs joy and grief with the same hand and holds them tightly, in a radical affirmation of being alive.

I went to this Monday and it's truly something special. It's quite difficult to put into words or to categorize this show. It's a musical, it's a play, it's a concert, it's part folk music, part electronic rock, funny, sad, surprising. It's just really good. The acting and direction is spot on and the choreography is imaginative and uses the space well. Abigail Bengson is a gift and the ticket is worth every penny to see her moving performance.

The only flaws I noted were that some of "Part 3" could be trimmed up a bit and there were a few unnecessary storylines that bog the show down and added slight confusion to the overall story being told. That being said, they were minor grievances and do not detract from the show as a whole. Go see it.

Saw this last night, an incredible experience and an absolutely engaging show. The space it's in is so perfect. As Klubby said it's hard to categorize or describe... It's such a genuine and intense story, the musical numbers and the narration of it and the scenework are all so well put together into just this thing ive just. Never experienced before. As an autobiographical story there are some parts that seemed rushed for the narrative or points that didn't seem to fit in perfectly so I agree there's some confusion, but overall the show is in great shape for what it is. You'd be at a loss to miss this experience.

Minimal - Lucky Ones is before and after 100 Days in the same timeline. (probably) The tone and focus are different so seeing one show doesn't enhance your experience of the other imo, if that's what you're asking.
