Performances where the performer cries#1

Hi everyone, does anybody know any performances where the performer cries naturally rather than stage crying?

I'm doing a performance at University where I will be crying naturally on stage, to the point I'll drop to the floor in sadness. I need some ideas of practitioners or performances that does something similar to this. I was thinking of Marina Abramovic? But I need some more....

Thank you!

If you are planning it....it's nott really crying "naturally".   If you are talking about the presence of actual tears, that's just technique...which also means it's not "natural".    Watching another actor doesn't really teach you how to do that....because you don't know: what is going on in their head nor what they are doing to manipulate their bodies to produce the tears.   Technique, technique, technique.

You don't try for the tears, you try to feel the emotion.   Just summoning tears doesn't make the acting (automatically) work.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
