I won the Frozen lotto today and the Lucky Seat customer service has been great, but has anyone had the same experience? I don’t want to lose those tickets!

I won the Kinky Boots lottery and go my ticket through Ticketmaster without an issue. Maybe I got it before the system went down. I'm hoping this isn't an issue for me.
Hi everyone! Thanks all for being so patient. All winners who purchased prior to the Ticketmaster malfunction are all set. All winners have been notified on how to claim their tickets tomorrow.

Thanks, Fanboy! I ended up with Orch F and G on the far side. I can’t complain for $30! My other option was tip top of the balcony to the far side. The woman at the box office discouraged those. They did say to another lotto winner that all lotto seats are partial view. Regardless, I am very excited!!!!!
