Paper Mill Announces 2018/2019 Season |
ehhhh...
I'm sorry, what? Can we get an explanation if the clues?
I'm guessing: snow globe is Santa (Christmas) is (inside) a snow globe, therefore, equals "Holiday Inn"?
The Golden Eggs is "Beauty and the Beast", because they are magical" household objects?
Finger Painting is "Benny and Joon"?
Map of the world is all the places England has invaded or claimed as territory is "My Very Own British Invasion".

I'm thinking the golden eggs are a reference to the Beauty and the Beast "I need 6 eggs" line.

So, out of all the colours of eggs they could show, they picked gold? Silly Paper Mill!
I enjoyed Benny & Joon when it had its World Premiere at the Old Globe. Hopefully the three principals: Hannah Elless (Joon), Andrew Samonsky (Sam) and Bryce Pinkham (Benny) will reprise their roles.
This is the most unexciting lineup I have ever seen.

The only one I'm somewhat interested in is Unmasked

I suspect Pinkham will likely be part of this. The only way he isn’t is if that Kennedy Center Chess production somehow transfers next spring. Otherwise, Pinkham should be in as Benny and would probably also play the role if this gets good reviews and could transfer for 2019-2020.

Beyond dull. They have the nerve to try and start a hastag promotion with "Which show are you looking forward to?" #PMP(insert show). I almost wanted to respond "would you all like to start over and reconsider the entire season?
