I have to say that I love this part of the show/song because you aren't expecting Vivienne to hit that ridicolous high G# at the end. Kate Shindle is the best at this in my opinion, she even sang a high C at the last show so I think that's super impressive. There's a few others that seemed to semi-shout the note in this video but some were great

Watching some of these "who did blah blah" best really makes you realize how many community/regional/high school just blatantly copy the design and staging of the broadway/off-broadway.

I once heard her say she riffed it either in a workshop or rehearsal because this was her only song, attention was then given to Elle mid-song so she had to get it back somehow.
