Broadway Musicals in Concert Form

At my high school, we are looking for a way to showcase all of our performing art students (Chorus, Concert Band, Drama Club) in one show.  Since we are a small school and many students overlap, we thought that a great way to do this would be to perform a Broadway show in concert form.  In my search of shows, I'm not finding many that are already in concert form.  My questions is, Can any Broadway show be done in concert form or only those that are already in concert form? Once you pay royalties and rental fees, can you stage it as a concert?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Les Mis, Phantom of the Opera, Gypsy, West Side Story, On the Town, A Little Night Music, Sunset Boulevard, Sweeney Todd, On the Twentieth Century, Dreamgirls, Funny Girl, Chess, Hair, Anyone Can Whistle, Into the Woods, Sunday in the Park With George, Assassins, and She Loves Me have all been in concert form at one point or another.

You likely would be able to get permission to do so from anyone that offers rights....but that should be part of your application process.
