my school is looking at plays to do for next year. We are looking at peter and the starcatcher. Since we have lots of girls most of it would be gender bent. I don't know this show very well does it look good if it was gender bent. If so which parts would work if girls were playing guy characters?

Are you talking about changing the characters to female or just having girls play male parts?

Note: to do either of those things, you need permission from the publishers.  (To be honest, I'm fairly certain you would get it.)

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

You could get that to work for many of the parts.  But why not just pick a show with more girls parts?
