I have no idea what this thread is talking about but I have seen Frozen in Disneyland, on the Cruise ship and in Denver and the only one I was completely dissatisfied with as a huge Disney and theatre fan was the Broadway production. They ruined the entire story. It was disgusting. It is worse than Finding Neverland, worse than Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Unless there's been an extreme amount of revisions, get ready guys.

The show doesn't even start previews on Broadway for another two and a half weeks...?
I meant there will be no ice castle i Frozen. I am not sure why. Its crazy. Why the curtain ?
why not an actual castle. They built a house in MaryP. Castles in BB . So disappointing

The Frozen musical at California Adventure has a castle that emerges from the stage. What planet are you on?
WOW

Unless you wanted to get premium tickets... for most dates, if you don't have your ticket by now, the castle ultimatum is slightly irrelevant.
They had the chance to make the story interesting and didn't. Why would they even think of making interesting sets?

That is factually incorrect. I can assure you that it most certainly does emerge from the stage during "Let It Go."
The show playing here in Orlando is a sing-along, not a musical production. It's essentially a retelling of the film with two comedic Arendelle historians narrating. The sisters make a couple of brief appearances. It makes heavy use of projections. I would not call it a "musical" by any stretch of the imagination.
My name is neither "adam" nor "greer."

Ok, to be fair, that picture is a terrible indicator of...well, anything. It's shot from underneath those beads, and weren't those possibly from another scene anyway? Where's Anna's on her search perhaps? I could be wrong. There's just not enough in that picture to tell what's to come. But yes for heaven's sake DO SOMETHING WITH THAT SCENE.
Also the Disneyland one isn't a castle per se, it's a whole lot of video wall, and of course the staircase. At leads there's SOMETHING going on. Not a lot but it has the most going on.
BroadwayConcierge-I'm sure he just means the full length musical. Sure it's not running on Broadway YET, but when he says Broadway/Denver we know what he means.
BroadwayBoy-You saw all three...bless you for that. That is real sad when the BIG ONE finally come along and it seems to be the biggest disappointment of all three. I will say I like the costumes best from the Broadway one thus far, but that's about it. I can't speak on much more. Also, how WAS the cruise one? I've been curious for a while, since I knew that one would likely be the least "spectacular" just merely being on a ship and has to run in rep with two other shows, but heck it actually seems to be ok?
This show isn't even open on Broadway yet and I'm already over the discussions of it.

Didn’t someone say the renovation of the st. James wasn’t for Frozen, but rather frozen took the st. James because of the renovation?
or maybe they just needed a cross over area for the actors. That cam sometimes be a problem with a big show if there is not much room under the stage to make the crossings.

If this show releases some kind of coffee table book, I hope they include early designs from Timbers.
