Not huge news, but I got an email today for the Valentine options and at the bottom there was a note about a new pie option: Beef Wellington. I'm assuming it's available immediately since I was able to switch my regular meat pie to it for for this Sunday evening. It's a $6.50 upcharge for the beef option. It didn't mention if there was an ending period for it since it sounds like it's a permanent new option. So, yeah.

True Beef Wellington is made with filet mignon and foie gras. If this is the real thing, you're getting a bargain!

Not quite, but it still sounds good!

It’s the same special holiday Christmas pie they offered in December. My train was delayed and I missed service but it was packed for me to take home. It was delicious, despite having been microwaved the next day... Chef Bill Yosses is amazing. It’s cool that they’ll be offering it for the rest of the run! (I’m glad I enjoy Brussels sprouts because it made up 99% of the veggie portion of my pie)
