I think some people don't understand the difference between a Facebook status rant and a heavily researched, corroborated, and fact-checked article in arguably the most important newspaper in the world. I have no idea where T. Oliver Reid gets his supposed information from, but you should take it with a grain of salt.

FYI: Gary Goddard was accused of molesting underage boys a few weeks ago and the community has, to my knowledge, been virtually silent. This is certainly the first I'm hearing of it, and it's only because a friend posted it on Facebook.

Was there any follow up to the posts early in the month about a further story on casting directors (e.g. Justin Huff) and allegations of sexual misconduct against actors? I hope there are no more culprits, and that those who abused their power are gone. I also hope that those who were victimized get justice.

Add? Franco has been on the "list" for years. The dude is widely-known in the industry as being a perv and creeper, and he has engaged in questionable activities on multiple occasions with potentially underage girls... he's come close to admitting as much in past interviews. In this current #metoo climate, I'm shocked he's receiving all of the accolades and praise. It's downright despicable.

^^^^^ OOOOOOOOHHH yeah...let's also talk about how pretty much all the men were silent at the Globes about this. And even when something WAS said, it felt more like it was in passing. I'm on the fence about using award show as issue platforms, but considering this is an issue within the same industry, I'm fine with it in this case. And it was almost all women doing any talking about this.
