Could be interesting to see what Arden has to contribute. I’m also very intrigued by Burgess’ songwriting abilities. The cast seems quite strong.

I remember seeing an interview with him when he was promoting S3 of Kimmy Schmidt where he hinted about returning to Broadway. I assume he meant this. I was hoping to see him perform in something. Maybe he doesn’t have the time to commit

This will have its world premiere at the Alliance Theatre in Georgia in 2024. No director announced, so perhaps Michael Arden has left the project.

I like the songs he wrote for his EP "St Tituss". I do hope they keep at least a few of the Gospel songs from the movie.
