I am auditioning for James and the Giant Peach and I am not sure what song I want to use to audition with. I either want to sing the last part of "In My Dreams" (Anastasia) from the last verse to the end. Or "Home" (Beauty and the Beast) from the bridge to the end.

I'm really not sure which one I'd rather do, so if anyone has opinions based off of witch one would be better suited for this musical, that would help a lot!

I would go with In my dreams because home is usually an overdone song.

If you are auditioning for James I would do home, but make sure you make it powerful. Home can be overdone, but if you do it well you can make it work. The character you are auditioning for also would help determine the song.
