Neither of those are examples of "stunt casting".

Reba McEntire in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN.
What's considered stunt casting? Reba can sing, so I guess I don't consider that to be stunt casting necessarily. Is it more depending on whether the person has theater experience versus just singing and performing experience?
I guess I take stunt casting as when someone joins a show already running. Someone opening up a show doesn't strike me as stunt casting. Reba coming in after Bernadette left ANNIE GET YOUR GUN was stunt casting of the best kind. It kept the show open and she was fabulous.
There have been so many threads on this exact topic over the years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME it leads to a debate about what distinguishes "stunt" casting from "star" casting.

"stunt cast·ing
noun
the casting of a very famous actor or other celebrity as a guest star in a movie or TV show, in order to garner publicity."
Carry on.

Jake has done a lot of stage work over the last 5 years. Hiring him to be in another play is not stunt casting. Bette has been doing shows and singing live on stage for years. Having her sing live on stage in a show... also not stunt casting. Revenue is not the sole determinant of what constitutes stunt casting. And I don't think "stunted the gross" means what you think it means.

And every time, people don't learn the difference.

Basically..
Stunt casting: Famous actor a person doesn’t like who is cast in a role
Star casting: Famous actor a person does like who is cast in a role
