Some really good news on the issue of Ticketmaster allowing you to return tickets for a refund. I know someone previously posted that they were no longer allowing any refunds at all, but that is apparently not the case now. I just returned some tickets for December that I had bought in March. I asked the rep what the exact rules are, and while he definitely didn't seem 100% sure, his interpretation of the current policy was that he could issue a refund up to 14 days before the performance if the tickets were purchased before April 3rd, and up to 28 days before if they were purchased before May 4th.

Hey guys! Got Row A, Seat 1 tickets for 180 a part. First that’s a good deal right? Second how is the view. Will I miss anything? I’m 5’5.

I'd say so, since I've sat in that exact seat and paid double that. The view is great, but you will need to strain/sit up straight to see anything happen at the very back of the stage. I'm 5'9", and I had to for a couple scenes. Very few times though, overall it was an amazing experience

Have been looking for a last minute ticket for the past few weeks. Was hoping to get first few rows of dress circle, but they didn't come up at the $95 price point (only really found row J, K around $165 each).

Passed on Todaytix second chance $99 twice

Saw a couple Orchestra row A, P, S at $95 each

Pulled the trigger on right orchestra row e seat 6 for $95 each (consecutive nights).

I went to part 1 tonight. Great so far.

I checked prices last night/this morning and only $249 level were available. Checked again after noon and that is when I saw the $95 available. Checked for different quantities after and it showed sold out, so I may have bought the last ticket, which they were just trying to give away.

I have noticed this with Ticketmaster. I was looking at Yankee playoff tickets for game 4, they released extra day of after noon (right field 200s for $80). Same with releasing floor seats for both Eric Clapton (saw singles for $150... I had bought upper level for $225 retail) and Game of Thrones (floor seats for $100) at MSG.

Also usually see the $95 price point for the Wednesday shows during Nov (and the times I was offered the $99 TodayTix, they were both Wednesday shows).

I'm only going to be in NYC Mon-Thursday next week. This was a last minute trip and I can't afford full last minute ticket pricing. So I tried for the lottery. At 1:01pm, I got "better luck next time" but who knows when next time I'll be in NYC?      Anyways, I'd be a single JIC anyone gets 2 Tix via the lottery for Wednesday 11/14 I would be willing to pay for BOTH of our tickets if you have that extra ticket. Or if someone just has an extra, I would appreciate the opportunity to join you for a fair price. Thank you for your consideration.

Stubhub tends to get low day of show and closer to start time. Depending on your price point you can get lucky that way. Also, pop into the box office and see if anything is available. I find it’s easier to get 1 ticket to things. Good luck!

I know this question has been asked PLENTY of times, but, I just won the Friday Forty for next week and where might I expect the seat to be located?

Congrats. They’re usually in orch or dress circle. Mine were front row.

Speaking of the F40/TodayTix, anyone notice they're using TodayTix fully now? As in you can buy full price tickets on TT. I wonder how many will do that instead. The prices aren't much different, however.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I have been watching Stubhub and plan on taking my 13 year old to the show in the near future.

I am trying to make the trip as economical as possible. She is 5'3" and I don't want to end up in an area where she can't see.

I am hoping to get some advice from those of you who have been there on the best economical places to sit and those I should avoid. Thanks!

I’m technically 4’11 (but I will argue to the death that I’m 5’0) and have sat everywhere in the Lyric for CC except for the box seats. From my experience, the only ‘sight’ issues are if I happen to be sitting behind someone who is significantly tall. In general, my least comfortable seats were on the far sides and rear of the balcony. For me, the best seats (for the price and quality) were front-mid dress circle.

I bit the bullet and bought tickets for Wednesday! Orchestra row d!

I am coming from PA. Does anyone have advise on getting into the city. Is it best to catch public transportation from outside the city? Is there easy parking near the theatre? I haven't been in the city in 15 years.

If you haven't driven to/in NYC for 15 years, you might want to look into taking a bus to Port Authority. It's a pretty easy walk to the theater from there. In between shows, check out the market at Bryant Park. Dress warmly!

Has anyone sat in the boxes? I recently got a pair of tickets for 40$/part, which is a fantastic deal, but it's one of my friend's first times seeing it and I'm worried it will ruin her experience. I believe the exact seats are Balcony Left Box, Row A, Seats 3 & 4.

Great seats! I've sat in row A and row C and loved it! Public transit for sure. I take NJ Transit train from Hamilton station into NY Penn (Madison square garden) and walk from there. Port authority is closer though.

A friend of mine has, and she had a good view. I found this on View from a Seat, your seats mirror this: https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/89674/Lyric+Theatre/section-Balcony+Right+Box/row-A/seat-4/

I have one Harry Potter and the Cursed Child ticket to sell for this Wednesday. Got it through TodayTix like how they do with the lottery. It was 99 per part but you don’t know your seat till you get there. I have heard they are front orchestra seats or front dress circle. Just trying to sell for how much I paid. Message me!

We have 2 really good tickets for Nov 29 and 30. Long story but we bought them by mistake from Canada and now there seems to be no way to list them ANYWHERE. Aopaently they are legacy tickets.
At this point we are willing to take best offer in order to get some of the money back.

Hey everyone, so I just bought 2 tickets for HP and they’re in the orchestra ROW U, seat 1 and 3. I know theres gonna be a bit of an overhang and just saw a pillar is located somewhere around me. Does someone know how bad it’s gonna be? The overhang and the pillar?
