Okay, I'll bite...

in 2018 I'll be seeing Frozen on the anniversary of my mother's passing.  She loved anything Disney (her last Disney musical was Aladdin) and she never stopped to mourne anyone!  So we will remeber her that day as she would have wanted.  Carrying on with life and enjoying what it has to offer.

I also have Latin History for Morons lined up and want to see Carousel and will see whatever else grabs my attention in 2018.

I've only been to NYC (and the USA really) once, but I'll be going back in the summer to re-watch Dear Evan Hansen & Hamilton (those + Aladdin are currently the only shows I have ever seen), watch Frozen, The Lion King, Spongebob, and Wicked (still need to buy TLK, Spongebob, & Wicked tickets) with my family, and Carousel, Hello! Dolly, and hoping for HP&tCC, Book of Mormon, and Come From Away with my mom :) If Phantom and SoR are still at TKTS, I want to see those, especially Phantom since it's a classic. I also really want to see Waitress (will probably buy tickets in advance if they open up for the rest of July) and Kinky Boots.

OOOH!  That's right!  DREAMGIRLS!  I forgot!  I'll see that and was thinking about The Band's Visit and debating on Meteor Shower.

In 2018, I will be seeing:

- Network w/Bryan Cranston in London

- Hello Dolly (with Bernadette Peters and Victor Garber)

- The Band's Visit

- Angels in America

- Come From Away

- Once on This Island

- My Fair Lady

- Children of a Lesser God

I will also definitely be seeing Aaron Sorkin's adaptation of To Kill a Mockingbird, but as that bows in December 2018 it's likely I'll end up seeing it in 2019 since December is always such a packed month.

I haven't purchased any tickets yet (besides my regular concert and opera subscriptions) but...

Once On This Island (I might see it in 2017), Mean Girls, Pride and Prejudice, This Ain't No Disco

If there's good word of mouth then Carousel. And if I can get a discount, Hello Dolly with Bernadette and Anastasia.

Even though I'm unenthused (understatement) about the likely casting, I will probably give in and see My Fair Lady through LincTix since I'm not going to be seeing much else this season that would require me to save money.

I will end up seeing everything on Broadway and some Off Broadway before the Tonys (although I may not get into Harry Potter). As of right now, I have tickets for the following...

A Clockwork Orange

The Band's Visit

Junk

Meteor Shower

Frozen

I have tickets to Dear Evan Hansen in New York for early January (no flights yet though!) and for Priscilla here in Melbourne in early February. Top of my list for Broadway currently are Once On This Island and Anastasia. In Australia I'll maybe see Mamma Mia again as they are doing another revival, plus Evita and if Aladdin extends by one more week then I might see that again as my sister will be back from overseas.

So far planning on...

The Band's Visit (going to first preview)

Carousel

Mean Girls

My Fair Lady

Frozen (tentative depending on reviews)

As an aside, does anybody have two of the Official Playbill Binders? Mine has officially been filled to capacity and I just wanna make sure I'm not the only one to have to purchase a second...

Right now I have tickets in hand for Meteor Shower, Band's Visit, Frozen, and Once On This Island (technically December '17 for OOTI).

Will 100% be getting Mean Girls, just want to wait for DC reviews to gauge if my parents would like it too as I always take them to shows when they visit.

And I will most likely be getting My Fair Lady, Carousel, and Dreamgirls based on reviews. Can't say I'm wild about any of those three shows on paper... but if the reviews are great, I'm in. Same with SpongeBob.

And Harry Potter if I'm lucky enough to get an access code. :)
