MTC 30 Under 30 question#1
Posted: 9/5/17 at 3:21pm

Can I share my 30U30 code with a friend who is under 30 yrs old? Or do they need to sign up for the program?

Every time I pick up tix at the box office they do check ID, but I'm not sure if they are only checking the age or looking up if the person is a member of the program. My friend is trying to get one for tonight, so I'm not sure if there's time for signing up now. I can't find any specific info on MTC website.

Can someone answer this from experience? Thanks in advance.

I believe you will be fine sharing the code, as long as the person buying the ticket is under 30 and has the ID to prove their age.

BTW, they let you buy two tickets for $30 (usually $37 after fees). If you're buying a ticket for yourself and a friend, only one of you needs the code.

How long after tickets go on sale for a show do they usually send out the 30 under 30 code?

30 Under 30 at MTC has been expanded to 30 Under 35! In that way, it’s just like LincTix.
