Stephanie J Block or Carolee Carmello as Winifred
Laura Osnes or Kara Lindsey as Sarah Samderson
Shoshana Bean or Shannon Durig as Mary Sanderson heck even Harvey Firestein!

This would be really fun to take to Broadway. Hmm, let's see...
I would like Bette to reprise Winnifred. Though I kind of doubt it, I'd love to see her do it someday. Carolee and Bernadette would be lovely as well.
I'd love to see Betsy Wolfe play Sarah. She has the looks, and the voice. Laura Dreyfus or Stephanie Styles could be great too.
Marissa Janet Winokur as Mary is a dream as well. I think Stephanie J Block would be good too.

Everyday Rapture Reunion - Sherie Rene Scott as Winne. Betsy Wolf as Sarah. Lindsey Mendez as Mary.
I'll also except a Lupone/Benanti combo with a random Mary. Keala Settle perhaps? It really doesn't matter those two have the kind of chemistry that you could cast them opposite a mop and it would still work

I’ve always thought Annaleigh Ashford would make a great Sarah. Now I’m wide awake with insomnia at 3am dream casting dream shows (as one does) and I’m thinking Jennifer Simard would make an excellent Winnie. Maybe Bonnie Milligan for Mary?
