Not sure if this is typical or not, but Saturday morning, at least 5 matinee SRO tickets were sold at the box office when it opened at 10. I thought it was strange, since I believe lottery winners have 2 hours to claim their tickets (which would translate to 11). I'm not sure if they normally hold a few for the box office, or if it was a fluke or even had something to do with Ben not being on. I was thrilled to get one, though. It even could have been that a cast or crew member had some held back and canceled them before the box office opened. Regardless, it might not hurt to try.

Lottery winners have 1 hour to claim/pay for them.
The website says you have until 11 AM to claim tickets on mornings of 9 AM drawings, which is why I found it weird that they were selling them at the box office at 10.
But like I said, it could have been a fluke where someone in the show had them held back and ended up not needing them. Not sure if they give cast/crew first dibs at SRO, but I know some shows do.
