Gonna miss Dave by one performance. Wish I hadn't jumped on the Patinkin stuff. I'd have been there for the last day

Man...they didn't stand a chance after all that debacle...

I also have tickets for December, how long does it take Telecharge to refund?
Posted: 8/8/17 at 6:49pm
Damn. As much as I knew this going to happen I was really pushing for it to hold out.

This hurts my heart.

Going to be there on Sunday. I think that's Ingrid's last performance.

Wish I waited to buy tickets to see Davy. So sorry that it ends like this.

Very sad.

Sigh
Not unexpected, but still sad

wow wow wow. Hope to catch this one last time, maybe even for it's final performance. Wow. All I can say is that I have lost all respect for Oak, and the Kagens...well ever since the Ars Nova controversy....sad.

Was really hoping they could have held out at least a month or two more. Going to get tickets to a Dave performance ASAP

So disappointing. Shame on the Broadway "activists" that closed one of the most diverse and special shows on Broadway right now

Literally across the street at the Jacobs right now..... so disappointed

Hope Oak's happy with all the new POC actors out of work.

Anyone in here seen Scott? Little bummed I'm missing Dave, even though I have seen him once

The Ultra Left/Ultra PC crowd really need to take a look at themselves and look at the destruction they are causing. They have well intentions of course - but need to engage with the truth before further harm is caused. That said, it's possible Mandy could have come in and then the show close quickly after anyway. So perhaps all they did was cut the short lifeline.

As long as everyone who was offended by replacing a black actor with a white one is ok, that's all that matters. Hopefully no one will ever EVER replace a black actor with a white one ever again because it's the worst thing a producer could ever do.
Who cares if about 100 ppl lost their pension, 401k, health insurance weeks, salary and the joy of performing on Broadway. People's feelings are safe now and that's what really counts.
What a joke.

I was hoping so hard for them. My heart is broken.

Scott's performance is very much in the vein of Dave's.
This is sad, but expected. Even before the debacle, making it through the fall was unlikely.

I hope the materializations of a tour are true - people deserve to see this brilliant show. My heart breaks for the cast and crew.

It genuinely baffles me that people are still managing to blame the Mandy controversy when it's clear now that a fall replacement was never lined up and the show would've closed sooner than later anyway.

What a shame. My heart goes out to the insanely talented cast and crew.

this is very sad, this show deserved more love. I'll never get over the lack of TONY love. wish the best for the cast and crew
