Thanks for posting this.  Simply fantastic.  Love how her mannerisms remained almost identical at every performance of the song.  She needs to come back to Broadway.  Anyone know what she's been up to?

She needs to come back to Broadway.

You mean, like, an open-casket performance?

Call her Miss Bird's Eye, she's frozen.

There was a similar video showing Bette doing the same Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy choreo for decades on end, as well...

I saw Shirley Bassey in rehearsal--minus wig[head scarf] & ordinary clothes[unrecognisable except for the voice] and her arm movements were exactly the same as in performance-every time.

If it works--keep it in.

Here's the montage of Bette Midler's "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" thru the decades.  Cool getting quick glimpses of future Broadway HAIRSPRAY alumni Linda Hart and Charlotte Crossley as Harlettes.

Trippy!

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

And not to forget Liza.....

In the early 80's, I saw her on tour in "An Evening With Liza Minnelli".  Without question, the best live performance I've ever seen.  She and I are the same age, and even then I was amazed by her energy.  The woman gave it her all, that's for sure.

I will never forget seeing Ethel do this number on TV when I was  young.
