In The Heights Closing Night

So I have an official closing night Playbill of IN THE HEIGHTS. It's 100% authentic, I attended the performance myself. I'm gauging interest on what price you think makes sense. Please let me know what you think. (I'd post the picture but I can't attach anything)

What leads you to believe it's worth anything?  Closing night playbills are no different than any other Playbill printed during the show's last week (or weeks).  They're not imprinted with "Closing Night" on the title page or come with a gold sticker on the cover,  like an Opening Night Playbill. That being said, it's worth whatever you can get someone to pay.

HAHAHAH it literally comes with a gold seal on the cover that says Closing Night with the date.

It's not signed?  I'll buy it for $7 which seems on par with what unsigned playbills are going for on ebay.

I've gone to dozens of closing performances and never ever has one had a "closing night" sticker on them.
