TDF ticket past dating for Golden Apple?

I just recently got a TDF account, and ordered a ticket for The Golden Apple for Wednesday. I think had a medical emergency that required laproscopic surgery. I'm wondering if anyone has tried/had success in getting City Center to past date a TDF ticket for such a reason. I know it's a long shot, but am curious.
