Hello Dolly Partial View? |
This is more in reference to the Box seats but should apply to partial view seats as well:

It didn't help... maybe I'm missing something
Basically, the only set that would cause any partial view issues is the Harmonia Gardens set, especially the 2 curtained private dining room sets on each end. I described on the other thread why and who's in which set, etc.
What seat number are you looking at? I bought M 28 which is the last seat on the end. It's not labeled partial view but I'm worried.
Has anyone sat on the extreme left or right orchestra in the Shubert? How was it.
(Brodyfosse, I saw your post and took it into account when I purchased.)
I sat in F19 last Thursday. I was thrilled with how close it was. Very few scenes were missed, and to be so close, for a bargain price, I could not have asked for more. Bette was right in front of us for a good deal of the show! I would say that partial view in the left side of the house is better than than the right. You get a bird's eye view of Bette enjoying her turkey leg--hilarious!
I paid ~$40 for partial view front row house right. You do miss a bit of the harmonia gardens scenes with Barnaby and Cornelius, but the closeness beyond makes up for it. I made eye contact with Bernadette multiple times, and at one point she reached out toward me. It was one of the greatest theatregoing experiences of my life and I cannot recommend it enough.

were those rush seats?
I am also wondering this. We have Orchestra Row M Seats 25, 27. I read somewhere you only miss the part in Harmonia Gardens with Cornelius and Barnaby (and dates) from the side I am on. I am hoping someone can confirm this?
Thanks in advance!
