just started working for me... they did just tweet a few minutes ago that they "refershed" something, and to stay in the waiting room.

Every single time they have a member onsale, there is a problem. They even sent out a survey to ask for feedback a few months ago, and all the same problems. Nothing has been fixed.

I just got a number after waiting AN HOUR in the waiting room. It's absurd.

yes, they did. and i just got into the waiting room. i'm #645. assuming that is as high as it seems, this is very exasperating.

I'm 513 but the number hasn't moved. It dose keep updating every 20 secs

my number hasn't moved in six minutes ... and it doesn't say how long my estimated wait is. i'm not entirely sure what they're updating, but this is pretty sub par.

Refresh every 2 mins and my number goes down
