Great Comet Rush |
They ran out at 10:15, but I don't know how early people who received them lined up.
Have they posted a link to register in the daily lottery?
The rush began today; the online lottery begins the 25th, and they have not yet posted the site.

Any idea roughly how many tickets they gave out?

Bumping the thread to get a feel for where the seats are. I saw on another thread that someone scored rush seats so I'd love to know where! Thanks!
I rushed yesterday, I got to the Imperial around 8 o'clock and was tenth in line. I bought two rush seats that were row E of the orchestra, seats 17 and 19.

Thank you!
Went this morning and got there around 7am was third in line. The 4th person didn't show up until about 7:45. By 8 there were about 9 people. At 930 there were about 20 people.
We got 2 tickets seats C 14-16. Box office attendant mentioned they are obstructed but great seats and mentioned only about 3-4 more people would get rush tickets today as it's heavily sold.
Really looking forward to this tonight!
I asked the Box Office today as well (the woman working was VERY kind- often times box office attendants are snippy).
The number of tickets given out will vary per show. $39 dollars, they'll most likely sell you the extreme sides of the orchestra, which are obstructed view. As it goes with new Bway shows, this rush policy can change after opening night. For previews though, this is what is being offered.
How is the view from these partial view seats? Would love to hear about how obstructed the view is and if left or right is better?

So I got left orchestra. View was pretty good except a staircase blocked a small portion of the platforms and I couldn't see the platforms in the mezzanine.
Has anybody rushed this week? Hoping to go tomorrow and was wondering what time would be a safe bet to secure tickets.
My friend and I rushed yesterday morning. We got there at 8 and were around 12th in line, and ended up getting the last two rush tickets. Her seat was in the last row of the front mezzanine, and mine was in the second row of the rear mezzanine, both very far house left. Wonderful view! I did notice, though, that even though they said we got the "last" rush tickets, some women sitting near me said they went by the box office at around 3pm and got $39 dollar seats, so hope isn't lost if they say they're sold out in the morning.

Has anyone rushed the show Sunday matinee when the box office opens later at noon? When did you get there?

Update: I tried to rush on Sunday (10/30) and got to the box office at 8:45. They had signs posted on the door that they only had 6 rush tickets available for that day. When I arrived 3 people were already in line and were going to claim all 6 tickets. The first girl said she had gotten there around 7:30.

Has anyone here won the digital lottery? I'm curious as to whether those seats are also mostly extreme sides.
If anyone lists their ticket location please also let us know how the view was from their seats. It sounds like it's better to either sit in Mezzanine or on stage than in orchestra to get the whole experience. Is that true?

Was anyone else not able to enter the digital lottery today? I keep getting "The lottery is currently closed. Please come back tomorrow to enter."
Telecharge is showing there is a show tonight at 8:00PM.
Thanks
