She is so insane! Wow! I really might be most amazed at how she sings and screams like that and doesn't blow out her voice.

I am SO looking forward to seeing her Hedwig. 

When she played Feinstein's at the Nikko in SF, she entered from the back wailing "White Rabbit" in a voice that was shattering enough that, were Grace Slick to hear it, she'd be jealous. (Lena grew up in the Haight). She is amazing. 

We have season tickets to Hedwig in SF with Darren Criss, but I bought four additional tickets for one of Lena's nights to share it with friends (who've also already seen this production with us in NY with NPH). I can't wait.

I was there on Tuesday and she just blew me awaaaaaaay. I also saw her cabaret show in SF and knew she'd be killer but man I wasn't expecting just how good she was.

I've got so many tickets to Hedwig, including two shows for Lena as Hedwig and cannot wait to see her.

A little too much growl for my taste.  I'd prefer her to come out softer and build up to it.

I was there on Tuesday, too, and have tickets to the show opening day (10/2). TBH, I just learned of Lena Hall because of this Hedwig tour. She's fabulous! I hope I can see her as Hedwig.
